Advanced ICU Care, the leading tele-ICU provider in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our IT team as a Desktop Support Specialist located in our St. Louis, MO office. The Desktop Support Specialist will focus on providing hardware and software technical support for Advanced ICU Care’s end-users including troubleshooting of hardware/software and multiple client-server applications surrounding overall functionality of the virtual ICU® Program. Provide 2nd level support to Clinical IT Support Specialist, including documentation, training and shift coverage when necessary.
