Marketing Coordinator at AlterG

The Marketing Coordinator supports and helps manage Marketing programs to help increase demand and sales of AlterG products. This role assists and manages a variety of projects including marketing and promotional material creation and distribution, content writing, trade show planning and execution, and development of sale enablement tools.

The successful candidate will have some experience in the following areas:

  • Marketing and sales material creation and management
  • Trade show planning and execution
    • Manage existing show calendar and budgets
    • Field incoming requests
    • Manage and coordinate all aspects of show logistics
    • Help coordinate pre- and post- show email/promotions
    • Manage import, distribution, and tracking of show leads
  • Support and/or management of online marketing programs
    • Assist in management of AlterG locator
  • Manage coordination and organization of Marketing tools and assets
    • Help manage and coordinate the development of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos, etc.)
    • Develop and manage a marketing asset matrix
    • Support and respond to field sales tool/asset needs
  • Help coordinate on and offline advertising programs
    • Assist in development of annual media plan
    • Manage trafficking and development of ad artwork
  • Support of sales personnel and sales enablement projects
  • Support development and distribution of marketing materials necessary for new product launches and other product related projects
  • Execute sponsorships and special projects to aid development of new sales channels and strategic partnerships
  • Fielding and coordination of media requests

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 – 5 years marketing experience
  • Strong communication/copywriting/editing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Self-starter with strong results-driven orientation
  • Extremely detail oriented and good project management skills
  • Highly organized
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Team player and willingness to work outside of job description
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere
  • Availability to travel to trade shows and company events, as needed (20%)
