Director of Human Resources at Advanced ICU Care

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Work with executive leadership to determine & execute on HR strategies and priorities
  • Responsible for maintaining customary compliance and administrative programs
  • Provides leadership for payroll and benefits management.
  • Responsible for regulatory compliance and oversight pertaining to HR matters and serves on Company’s Compliance Committee.
  • Manage benefits plan and coordinate with brokers on renewal strategies.
  • Payroll management, assures the preparation of the bi-weekly payroll with third party provider, ensuring integrity of the records and compliance with all wage and hour laws and company policies.
  • Manages recruitment and onboarding efforts


Requirements for this position are:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of related human resources management experience.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources or a related area.
  • Proven ability to handle both strategic and detailed operational issues.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to lead team and facilitate employee relations.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Energetic, organized, fast learner and able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and effective communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Strong technical knowledge of all facets of HR management
